Over the past 5-10 years, cultural institutions have been seeking new methods to diversify their revenue streams.
One approach that has gained popularity is the circle-club format, which involves building a prestigious community of patrons with well-established incomes.
The focus is on individuals, encouraging active participation and ongoing support.
Curation and engagement strategies are essential for building and maintaining these communities.
